1Introduction

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

3Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is effective from the moment of first access and continues for the duration of your use of the Platform.

Where the Operator makes any material change to these Terms, Users will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

4Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform's services, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where the minimum legal gambling age exceeds 18 must comply with the higher requirement.

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. You must not register using a false identity or on behalf of another person.

5Account Registration & Verification

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to complete a registration process. During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence.

Upon registration, the Operator may require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (where applicable), such as a recent bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months;
• A selfie or liveness-check image alongside the identity document where required.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never alter, obscure, falsify or otherwise tamper with any document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of fraudulent documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Operator reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment method used.

Monetary values displayed on the Platform may be shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the contextual convenience of Pakistani users. References to payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. The Operator does not imply, represent or warrant any formal partnership, endorsement or support for gambling activities by those institutions.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification before processing.

7Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses are available to new Users only once.
• Wagering requirements: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute toward them are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All Bonuses have an expiry date or time limit by which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Upon expiry, any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live-dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.

8Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Users are required to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or in conjunction with other persons;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or coordinated play designed to exploit the Platform or other Users;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, vulnerabilities or undocumented features, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any element of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of prohibited activities;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or Platform staff through any channel;
• Circumventing any geographic or jurisdictional restriction applied by the Operator through the use of VPNs, proxies or other obfuscation tools.

9Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of the Operator;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar data-gathering tools on any part of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform without express written authorisation;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from Content.

The 1kgame brand name, logo and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits or anticipated savings;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, server failure or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information or Content published on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made using information obtained from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11Responsible Gambling

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a condition of using the Platform, Users agree to engage with gambling activities in a responsible manner. The following tools and policies are integral to the Platform's operation:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage their gambling expenditure;
• Loss limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session time limits: Users may configure reminders or automatic session end-times to manage the duration of play;
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is causing harm may request a period of self-exclusion, during which Account access will be restricted;

12Suspension & Termination

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Operator reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity in connection with your Account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Continued operation of your Account would, in the Operator's reasonable opinion, expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• You request voluntary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gambling policy;
• A competent authority or regulatory body issues an instruction requiring the restriction of your Account.

Upon termination, the Operator will process any legitimate withdrawal of verified real-money funds in your Account balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team through the Help Center. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable time. Pending bets or games in progress at the time of closure will be resolved in accordance with the standard rules of the relevant game or sport.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as notified to Users from time to time. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms applicable to your use is the version in force at the time of each visit. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
